Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing the dining experience, addressing customer concerns, and resolving complaints.
- Manage restaurant inventory, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
- Oversee food and beverage service, including table setup, presentation, and quality control.
- Create and maintain a positive working environment for staff, including setting performance goals, providing feedback, and encouraging professional development.
- Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation standards, including following health and safety regulations.
- Create and maintain schedules for staff, ensuring appropriate coverage for all shifts.
- Collaborate with other restaurant managers and staff to develop and implement new policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development, wine service, and bar management.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
