RFP Writer: -Responds to request for proposals and due diligence questionnaires for Mutual Funds and Separately Managed Accounts across Active and Passive asset class

Works to projects manages RFP / RFI / DDQ questionnaires to ensure timely submission
- Liaise with Sales, Product Specialists, Legal, Compliance and other relevant departments to collate required information

Contribute to the maintenance of content database by updating the tool with accurate information
- Assist with quantitative and qualitative ad-hoc data requests Mandatory Skills and Capabilities
- Exceptional writing, speaking, proof-reading, and organizational skills

Familiarity with asset management industry and functions
- High-level of comfort in dealing with all levels of Sr. Management
- At least 2years’ experience in the asset management industry and / or RFP Writing is preferred; Existing knowledge or interest in asset management industry and familiarity with industry jargon
- Strong work ethics, commitment to excel and proven ability to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced and unstructured environment.
- Strong team-player with the ability to work independently
- Ability to work on several tasks while adhering to strict deadlines
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business
- CFA Level I, II, or III
