**Job Summary**:
The cashier is responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. This role requires a high level of customer service and the ability to handle monetary transactions with precision.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers entering the establishment.
- Answer customer questions and provide information about products or services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Operate cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accurate amounts and adequate change.
- Maintain accurate transaction records.
- **Sales Processing**:

- Scan or input items and ensure pricing is accurate.
- Bag or package purchases for customers.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is low.
- Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise when necessary.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**:

- Keep the checkout area clean and organized.
- Ensure the cash register area is well-stocked with necessary supplies such as bags, receipt paper, and coins.
- **Compliance and Security**:

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Follow security measures to protect against theft and fraud.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to management promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity for handling cash, coins, and credit cards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
