**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing and Supplier Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and other required materials.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
- **Procurement and Inventory Management**:

- Process purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and supplier information.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management to minimize waste and ensure production continuity.
- Coordinate with production and quality control teams to ensure materials meet specifications.
- **Cost Analysis and Optimization**:

- Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Conduct regular price comparisons and negotiate favourable terms with suppliers.
- Prepare and maintain purchasing reports and analyses.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all purchasing activities.
- ensure all materials purchased are in compliance with quality control standards.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost effective delivery of materials.
- **Qualification**:
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
