Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the interior industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of interior project, techniques, and materials, with a focus on safety and quality.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate on-site teams.
- Proficiency in reading Interior designs and specifications.
