Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, information, or issue resolution.
Listen actively to customer concerns and inquiries, showing empathy and patience.

**Issue Resolution**:Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems, providing accurate and relevant solutions.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors when necessary.
Follow established procedures for handling different types of inquiries or problems.

**Product/Service Knowledge**:Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively assist customers.
Stay up-to-date with product updates, changes, and new features.

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month
