Research Associate

Urgent requirement for research associate,

Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture/ B.Sc Biotechnology

**Job responsibilities**:
1. Responsible fully for pedigree Breeding program with 0% error with the technical team, due to any carelessness.

2. To look out and keep proper record of quality gene pool, whether it is mother, father or hybrids.

3. Responsible for entire operations at Penukonda and keeping proper record of all the technical activities with tree no. and monthly harvest and nuts to be deliver to specific nursery at right time with right amount of water for sowing.

4. Responsible for Accurate pollen processing, storage of pollen and distribution of specific father with right quantity of pollen to the technical worker.

5. Make sure that the right father pollen applied on right mothers with 0% error due to any carelessness.

6. Bagging of spathe must be proper to avoid unwanted pollen and illegitimacy.

7. Target to produce 90 good nuts from the grandmothers and 100 good seed nuts from the grandfathers.

8. Illegitimacy should not be more than 5%.

9. Keep pedigree tree free from pest and disease and reporting the first signs of disease or pests

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
