As a Telecaller - Patient Support specializing in Naturopathy at Hiims Premier Hospital, your role will be pivotal in providing exceptional customer service and support to individuals seeking natural healing solutions. You will engage with patients over the phone, offering guidance, information, and assistance tailored to their specific health needs and preferences.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Telephonic Consultations: Conduct telephonic consultations with patients interested in naturopathic treatments, understanding their health concerns, lifestyle habits, and treatment preferences.

Educational Support: Provide detailed information about naturopathic therapies, holistic wellness programs, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle modifications to promote natural healing and overall well-being.

Appointment Coordination: Assist patients in scheduling appointments with naturopathic doctors, therapists, and wellness practitioners, ensuring seamless coordination and timely follow-up.

Health Assessment: Conduct initial health assessments over the phone, gathering relevant medical history, current symptoms, and lifestyle factors to facilitate personalized treatment plans.

Patient Guidance: Offer empathetic guidance and support to patients throughout their healing journey, addressing their queries, concerns, and emotional needs with sensitivity and compassion.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, appointment schedules, treatment plans, and follow-up actions using electronic health records (EHR) or customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Collaborative Approach: Collaborate closely with naturopathic practitioners, nutritionists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and holistic treatment outcomes.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest developments in naturopathic medicine, wellness trends, and holistic healing modalities to enhance your knowledge and service delivery.

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to convey complex health information in a clear and understandable manner.

Passion for natural healing and holistic wellness, with a genuine interest in promoting integrative medicine and lifestyle modifications for optimal health.

Empathetic demeanor and active listening skills to establish rapport with patients, understand their needs, and provide personalized support.

Previous experience in customer service, tele calling, or patient support roles within the healthcare or wellness industry would be advantageous.

Basic knowledge of naturopathic principles, dietary guidelines, and alternative healing modalities is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage patient records, appointment schedules, and follow-up activities efficiently.

Bachelor's degree in any field, with a background in healthcare, nutrition, or holistic wellness considered a plus.
