**Description**:
We are looking for a Social Media Intern to create and manage engaging content (Reels, stories, posts) for Instagram and LinkedIn. You'll shoot videos, take photos, and collaborate with designers/editors, while maintaining a content calendar. Your role also includes online relationship management for EC and CYLNDR, updating websites, and providing monthly performance reports. If you're creative, trend-savvy, and thrive under pressure, we want you on our team

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Ideate and Develop engaging content (Reels/static/Stories) for social media platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn ensuring engagement, likes, and shares.
- Shoot videos and click pictures for the content
- Maintain a content calendar and schedule daily posts across platforms, collaborating with a graphic designer/video editor for visuals.
- Online Relationship Management for EC and CYLNDR Both
- Weekly checks for updates on EC and CYLNDR websites - ensure timely website updates and enhancements.
- Monthly performance reports with key metrics including engagement rate, follower growth, and website traffic.
- Needs to have a creative mindset and should be well-versed with the latest trends
- Understanding of Canva/VN/basic editing tools is a benefit
- A go-getter who can work under tight timelines with multiple stakeholders.

**Skills & experience required to Succeed in this role**:

- **Content Creation**: Ability to ideate, shoot, and edit engaging content (photos, videos, Reels) for social media platforms.
- ** Social Media Savvy**: Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and social media trends to drive engagement and growth.
- ** Graphic Design Tools**: Familiarity with Canva, VN, or basic editing tools for creating visually appealing content.
- ** Time Management**: Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks and collaborating with teams.
- ** Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for online relationship management and reporting.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Experience with tracking key metrics (engagement, traffic, growth) and creating performance reports.
- ** Creative Mindset**: Innovative and forward-thinking approach to content development and brand building.
- ** Adaptability**: Comfortable with fast-paced environments and evolving social media trends.
