Female Journalist

**Job Location - Near Jawahar Circle, Siddharth Nagar, Jagatpura, Jaipur**

**Salary -₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month**

**Key Responsibilities-**
- **Research and Reporting**:

- Research current events and news stories by interviewing sources to gather details.
- Track and investigate major news and developments to create various news reports or video material.
- **Content Creation**:

- Write clear and concise articles and reports for publication on the company website.
- Write quick-turnaround news items for the web and print, ensuring accuracy and grammatical correctness.
- Create multimedia content, including photos, videos, and podcasts, to support stories.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with editors, photographers, videographers, and other journalists to develop story ideas and produce high-quality content.
- **Website and Social Media Management**:

- Participate in website content management and social media to ensure they are updated.
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in journalism at a leading news or print agency.
- Experience with multimedia reporting, including photography and video.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Strong communication skills with excellent writing and editing abilities.
- Excellent interviewing and fact-checking skills with attention to detail.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with MS Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools, such as Buffer or HubSpot.
- **Work Environment**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of media ethics and legal standards for journalism.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**
- **Specialized Experience**:

- Experience in investigative journalism or specialized reporting.
- **SEO and Analytics**:

- Knowledge of SEO principles and digital analytics tools.
- **CMS Familiarity**:

- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
- **Travel**:

- Willingness to travel to research news stories.
- **Language Skills**:

- Fluency in multiple languages.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
