**Design Executive (PLC). - Jr**

**Preferably from Conveyors system suppliers, Material handling Equipment & Automation, Overhead cranes.**

**Responsibilities**
- Study the technical details of the PO / Contract and provide BOM for Controls for outsourcing.
- Review electrical drawing to suit PLC programming.
- Develop and implement PLC programme in Siemens / Allen Bradly or Mitsubishi etc
- Develop installation documents for site team for Controls & automation.
- Create service manual for controls and automation.
- Follow all the safety standard for design, supply and installation.
- Support FAT activities for delivering desired performance.
- Support order execution and commissioning at site.

**Requirement**

**Education**:
Diploma / Degree in electrical / Electronics / Mechatronic Engineering.

**Experience**:
3-4 years’ experience in Factory Automation industry.

**Competency / Specific skill & Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of PLC programming of Siemens, Allen Bradly, Mitsubishi etc.
- Knowledge of latest instruments used in Automation industry such as sensors, actuator, SOV, Cylinder.
- Knowledge of motor section, VFD, MCC, Cabling etc.
- IS code and CE standards followed.
- Design of feeder, VFD panels, cable specs, I/O list, cable schedule, SOV box.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Basic skills of AutoCAD drawing.
- Basics of EPLAN.
- Safety standard for electrical & control automation work.
- MS office.
- Ready to handle site activity.
- Ready to travel for 3-4 weeks.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
