**Work location**: Peenya / Hebbal / Kumbalgodu / Thubarahalli

**Responsibilities**:
1. Doctors will be responsible for the clinical services, medical operations, health education and community outreach.

2. Lead the medical team at the health center including the delivery of services, the pharmacy and the lab.

3. Outreach and visits to the local community, nearby settlements, guide and mentor the community health workers.

4. Collaborate with the public health system in the local area as well as develop and execute a local plan that focuses on the health of the population in the target settlement.

**Requirements**:
1. MBBS Doctors, preferably with a background in Family/Community Medicine with 3+ years of work experience.

2. Work full-time (6 days a week, Mon-Sat) with us in the underserved communities.

3. The ability to work across any of our health centers in Bengaluru would be an advantage.

4. The ability to speak both Kannada and Hindi is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1.00 - ₹2.00 per month
