Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Business Development:

- Identify and acquire new retail shops, hotels, and distributors for frozen food products.
- Maintain and grow sales with existing customers.
- Achieve sales targets and increase market penetration.
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Develop strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes).
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or complaints.
- Market Research & Strategy:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Suggest strategies to improve product positioning and sales.
- Operations & Reporting:

- Ensure proper product storage and delivery coordination with logistics teams.
- Maintain records of sales, collections, and inventory.
- Submit regular sales reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 1-3 years in FMCG/Frozen Food/Poultry/Seafood sales (preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Skills:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Knowledge of the local food distribution network.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
