**Key Accountabilities -**
**Campaign Setup & Launch**
- Manage timely setup, execution, and optimization of campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Ensure adherence to budgets, accurate audience targeting, and platform-specific guidelines.
**Performance Monitoring & Optimization**
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA) and conduct A/B testing to optimize results.
- Regularly adjust campaigns to enhance ROI and meet client objectives.
**Ad Creation & Quality Control**
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging, error-free ad copies aligned with campaign goals.
- Ensure ad and landing page consistency, message clarity, and compliance with brand guidelines.
**Client Collaboration & Reporting**
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing updates and strategic recommendations.
- Deliver actionable insights and detailed performance reports post-campaign.
**Teamwork & Innovation**
- Work closely with SEO, content, tech, analytics and creative teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share insights to improve strategies.
**Experience -**
- Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in paid media management, with a focus on performance-based campaigns.
- Experience in running lead generation campaigns on Google and Facebook.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn campaigns and knowledge of app campaign management is a plus.
