About the role: Develop, Test, Deploy and Maintain Machine Learning models at scale. Focus on building end-to-end pipelines for model training, testing and deployment. Have ability to design and implement MLOps framework from an as is state, to the future. Providing guidance & support to the Data Scientists, Data Engineers and use case developer
Your responsibilities include but not are limited to
- F1 Azure Analytics Platform Development/Deployment/Support
- Implement Novartis-wide strategy and system architecture for Azure Platform for MLOps
- Act as trusted advisor driving decisions, priorities and relevant project information aligning with appropriate levels of staff regarding business needs, projects and initiatives
- Manage, coaches and oversees external resources in line with their targets, roles and responsibilities and the Novartis values & behaviors.

**Minimum requirements**
- Engineering or computer science degree with 8+ years’ experience in some of the services like Azure Machine Learning, Azure Devops, Python, Azure Databricks, etc.
- Solid Experience with using a broad range of Azure technologies (e.g. ACR, AKS, AppInsights, ADLS Gen 2, Blob Store, Azure AD, Logic Apps) to develop and maintain an Azure based AI/ML solution, with an emphasis on standard process cloud security
- Experience with DevOps Orchestration/Configuration/Continuous Integration Management technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Container registry, linux (bash scripting)
- Familiarity with security and compliance tools like CheckMarx, Aquasec
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a global environment a must.
- Has an open and learning attitude. Adapts to new learning approaches and methods.
- Work as part of Agile development team, fully participating in Scrum ceremonies and development processes.
- Follow prescribed data security measures and carry out all work with a security first mindset.
