**Responsibilities**:
Identify and pursue opportunities for bidding on projects relevant to our company's expertise and services.

Craft compelling and competitive bids and proposals to secure projects on Upwork and Indeed.

Maintain a strong understanding of our company's offerings, target market, and competitive landscape.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop bid strategies that align with our business objectives.

Conduct research on client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform bidding strategies.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.

Track and analyze bidding performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience working as a Bidder or in a similar role for at least 2-3 years.

In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.

Familiarity with digital marketing techniques, including PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.

Proficiency in using bidding platforms such as Upwork

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for achieving results.
