**About the Role**:
We are looking for passionate and creative educators to join our YouTube teaching team as Master Teachers. In this role, you will create fun, clear, and interactive video lessons for foundation-level students (up to 10th Standard). Youll focus on simplifying concepts in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Social Science, or Mathematics with the help of relatable examples, visuals, and engaging explanations. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation: Plan and deliver video lessons for foundation-level topics using slides, diagrams, animations, and real-life examples.
- Curriculum Alignment: Ensure lessons follow the syllabus and include exam tips to build student confidence.
- Engagement & Interaction: Encourage student participation through comments, discussions, and doubt-solving.
- Assessment & Feedback: Design quizzes, practice questions, and assignments to check understanding and provide helpful feedback.
- Research & Innovation: Stay updated on syllabus changes and experiment with new teaching methods to make learning exciting.

**Qualifications**:

- Comfortable teaching on camera and explaining concepts clearly.
- Basic knowledge of creating slides.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.
- Speaking Telugu
