**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **individual and group training sessions**, customized to clients’ needs and goals.
- Design and implement **personalized fitness programs** based on fitness levels and objectives.
- Ensure clients use proper techniques and maintain safety during workouts.
- Inspire and motivate clients to stay consistent in their fitness journey.
- Promote **personal training (PT)** packages and encourage clients to explore additional services.
- Maintain a **clean, safe, and organized workout area**.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and motivating environment.

**Requirements**:

- **Certified Fitness Trainer** qualification (ACE, ISSA, or equivalent).
- At least **1-2 years of experience** as a fitness trainer.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to **motivate and inspire clients** to reach their fitness potential.
- Knowledge of various fitness equipment and safe usage techniques.
- A positive attitude, with a genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others.
