**Office Assistant (Back Office) - Females only**

**Joining Date**: Immediate

**Job Location**:Bhopal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Need to communicate over phone & mails with client, vendor and other relevant stakeholder _
- 2. Must be adaptable enough to cope with company requirements _
- 3. To maintain records of existing clients as well as new one _
- 4. Must be polite, humble and capable enough to manage calls & queries _
- 5. To make proposal and respond to mails as per the requirement of client _
- 6. Work would include filing, documentation, making bills, writing letters _
- 7. This is not a field role, this is a back office role _

- 1. Minimum Qualification - Graduate _
- 2. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and strong computer skills _
- 3. Strong business acumen and problem solving skills _
