**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records in Tally.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and bills, and ensure proper documentation.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
- Generate financial reports and summaries as needed.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets for financial data analysis.
- Draft letters and maintain documentation using MS Word.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime**.
- Good command of **MS Excel** (including formulas, pivot tables, and charts).
- Basic knowledge of **MS Word** for drafting and documentation.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Preferred**:

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation rules.
- Experience working in a similar industry is a plus.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
