As a System Administrator at TVS Electronics, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure to ensure the smooth functioning of our business operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks related to systems, networks, and security.

**Responsibilities**:

- System Maintenance and Monitoring:
Ensure the overall health and performance of servers, networks, and systems.
Conduct regular system monitoring, analysis, and performance tuning.
Perform routine system backups and ensure data integrity.
- Server and Network Administration:
Administer, configure, and troubleshoot servers, routers, switches, and other network devices.
Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization's systems and data.
Maintain and update system documentation.
- User Support:
Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues.
Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical issues.
- Software and Patch Management:
Manage software installations, updates, and patches.
Ensure all systems are running the latest and most secure software versions.
- Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with other IT team members to plan and implement IT projects.
Collaborate with different departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:
Investigate and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
Implement preventive measures to minimize system downtime.
- Security Compliance:
Enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization's information assets.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance security measures.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

Familiarity with networking protocols, security protocols, and system monitoring tools
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
