**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve client objectives and KPIs.
Manage and curate content calendars for multiple clients, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community management.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in client social media presence.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience (2 years +) in managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Knowledge of advertising principles and experience with social media advertising is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
