Job Title**:Purchase Executive (Sheet Metal Industry )**

Location: Noida, India

Salary Range: 25,000 - 30,000 INR CTC per month

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role

**Responsibilities**:
Procurement: Source and procure raw materials, components, and supplies required for sheet metal manufacturing operations.

Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate terms and conditions, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Cost Control: Analyze market trends, evaluate supplier performance, and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock levels, and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Purchase Order Processing: Prepare and process purchase orders accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control team to ensure that purchased materials meet required standards and specifications.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, invoices, contracts, and supplier agreements.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, implement best practices, and contribute to overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Communication: Liaise with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to coordinate purchasing activities and resolve any issues that may arise.

Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to procurement and supply chain management.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the sheet metal industry. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
