**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **B2B Sales and Client Management**:

- Identify and target potential clients in the têxtile and apparel industry, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
- Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective clients using persuasive sales techniques.
- **Market Research and Strategy**:

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
- **Order Management and Follow-up**:

- Facilitate the end-to-end sales process, including generating leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues or complaints.
- **Travel and Mobility**:

- Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and conduct sales activities.
- Use company-provided or personal vehicles (two-wheelers and four-wheelers) for client visits, maintaining compliance with traffic and safety regulations.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market feedback.
- Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with management.
- **Product Knowledge and Training**:

- Stay updated on the latest product developments, trends, and industry standards.
- Provide clients with in-depth information about products, including specifications, pricing, and benefits.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-4 years of field sales experience in the têxtile and apparel industry.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Driving Skills**:

- Must have a valid license to drive both two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
- Prior experience managing travel-intensive roles effectively.
