**Opportunity**:
This role reports functionally to the Regional Head of IWS ASP Services, India and will focus on supporting the regional team to define and implement processes and procedures for all administrative activities for the functioning of the local team. There will also be involvement with new digital journeys for the IWS product offering allowing exposure to the overall IWS functions in the region.

**What you’ll do**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support regional team to define and amend process and procedures for running of the IWS local setup
- Provide administrative support and guidance on various aspects to the India IWS ASP services team
- Documentation of procedures and processes for the India IWS ASP team aligning with processes laid out by the regional IWS governance
- Help with various coordination activities between local, regional, and global teams like MI, reporting, financials and cost management.

**Targets & Measures**:

- Prepare process documentation and reports accurately and effectively
- Record keeping in a systematic and organised manner
- Maintain clear audit trail on business updates and regulatory filings
- Clarity and proactive mode of communication and on time completion of deliverables
- Effective project management for local admin projects and initiatives
Requirements

**What you will need to succeed in the role**:

- Bachelor’s degree (M)
- Project management and experience with coordination of administrative activities (M)
- Strong organizational and time management skills (M)
- Adept with MS Excel and PowerPoint (M)
- Effective with stakeholder management and communications, able to work with teams across locations (M)

**What additional skills will be good to have?**
- Critical to be able to collaborate as part of the broader Global and Regional Digital Services team

**Major Challenges**
- Competing demands from different stakeholders in the team
