**JOB Description for Data Entry Operator**

Job Title: Node Js Developer

Location: Dewas (M.P)Working Days: 5 days WorkingShift Timing: 10:00 AM To 8:00 PM

**Summary-**

**Preferred Skills-**
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formatting, and basic functions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of database management systems and data entry software/tools is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into the company's databases and systems.
- Verify the accuracy of data entries and correct any errors or inconsistencies.
- Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files and records as needed.
- Generate reports, charts, and graphs based on the collected data as required.
- Assist in data cleanup and data validation activities to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data entry tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Follow data entry protocols, procedures, and guidelines to maintain confidentiality and security of information.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report progress and address any issues or concerns.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor.
