Experience: 0-3 Years

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide prospective students on available UG & PG courses.
- Conduct counseling via data calling and online chat.
- Assist students with degree program details and admission procedures.
- Handle inquiries over the phone.
- Convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain records of calls and walk-ins.

Role Requirements:

- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledgeable about offered courses.
- Flexible with working schedules.
- Thorough understanding of institution programs.
- Maintain professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and take initiative.
