**Job Description - Digital Marketing Faculty**

**Position**: Digital Marketing Faculty / Trainer

**Location**: Jindal Complex, Char Rasta, near Sapphire Public school, Alipura, Bodeli, Gujarat 391135

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on **Digital Marketing concepts and tools**.
- Teach core topics including:

- **SEO (Search Engine Optimization)**:

- **SEM / PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads)**:

- **Social Media Marketing** (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
- **Google Analytics / GA4 & Web Analytics**:

- **Affiliate & Influencer Marketing**:

- **Mobile Marketing & App Promotions**:

- Prepare and update curriculum, course materials, and case studies.
- Provide **hands-on training** using tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
- Guide students in **live projects, campaign creation, and performance tracking**.
- Mentor students for **Google & Meta Certifications**.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, strategies, and tools in Digital Marketing.
- Assess students’ performance through projects, assignments, and presentations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in **Marketing, Business, IT, or related field**.
- Proven industry experience in **Digital Marketing campaigns and tools**.
- Strong knowledge of **SEO, SEM, SMM, Analytics, and Paid Advertising**.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Prior teaching/training experience preferred.

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Knowledge of **E-commerce Marketing & Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho CRM)**.
- Exposure to **AI tools in marketing (ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, etc.)**.
- Experience with **international projects and client campaigns**.
