As a Content Researcher and Writer at IND, you will play a crucial role in our mission to create awareness, educate, and inspire positive change. Working in a collaborative and dynamic environment, you'll contribute to projects that impact the lives of individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders and their families.

**Job responsibilities: Content Researcher and Writer**:
**Content Research**:

- Conduct thorough research on various topics related to neurodevelopment, autism, and allied fields.
- Identify credible sources of information and stay updated on the latest developments.

**Multilingual Content Creation**:

- Generate high-quality written content in both Bengali and English.
- Ensure that the content is engaging, informative, and aligned with IND's messaging.

**Project Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand project goals and content requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for content.

**Content Planning**:

- Assist in developing content plans and calendars based on project objectives.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across various content platforms.

**SEO Optimisation**:

- Optimise content for search engines to enhance visibility and reach.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve content performance.

**Quality Control**:

- Ensure content accuracy, coherence, and adherence to IND's standards.
- Conduct thorough proofreading and editing before content publication.
