We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our team in Bhopal. As a CSA, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service experiences, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:
Address customer issues and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, availability, and any other relevant details.

Assist customers in navigating our products and services, guiding them through the purchase process, and offering suitable recommendations based on their needs.

Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and logistics, to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and suggest solutions to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction ratings, response times, and productivity metrics.

Follow established procedures and guidelines while maintaining a high level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in all customer interactions.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Demonstrated empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools to track and manage customer interactions.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
