We are looking for Sales Assistant

Qualification : Diploma/Graduate.

Knowledge in Excel,Mail Drafting

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Actively attend & greet all the walk-in Customers
- Demonstrating of products
- Ascertain customers needs and wants
- Should be update in laptop,desktop version
- Assist customers with product selections & Handling Sales
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Billing, Manage point-of-sale processes. In store deliveries. Stock Tallying
- Self-Motivated
- Good in Communications & Convincing Power, Presentation Skill
- Presentable Personality
- Ability to work in Team
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Follow companies policies and procedures

**Key Skills**
- Proven working experience in retail sales Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service focus Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality Basic administration
