**Responsibilities**:
Conduct individual counselling sessions with clients.

Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans based on their unique needs and goals.

Provide a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential environment for clients to discuss their concerns and emotions.

Help clients identify and develop effective coping strategies and problem-solving skills.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards

Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and developments in the field of counselling through professional development activities and continuing education.

**Qualifications**:
Graduates, social work, or a related field.

Minimum of two years of experience in counselling or a similar role.

Professional licensure or certification as a counsellor (not mandatory)

Strong knowledge of counselling theories, techniques, and evidence-based practices.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Effective listening, communication skills and convincing skills.

Proficient in conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and documenting client progress.

**Salary**: ₹18,086.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
