**Job Title**: Interior Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and oversee interior construction projects to ensure timely and quality completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with architectural and interior design specifications and standards.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or challenges that arise.
- Maintain detailed records of project activities, expenses, and timelines.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior construction supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge of architectural and interior construction methods and materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for project tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
