Technician for Labeling Machine

1. To Operate and maintain the Labelling machine.

2. Ensure equipment is supplied with required materials, (e.g. Labels, adhesives).

3. Maintain accurate records and logs as required.

4. Perform operator-related preventative maintenance duties as required.

5. Maintain equipment and area cleanliness to ensure compliance with all GMP Standards and 5S practices in the plant.

6. Work directly with maintenance personnel, other line personnel and management to problem-solve to ensure maximum production efficiencies.

7. Comply with all standard safety practices, safety rules, and all Company rules and policies.

8. Complete accurate logs and documentation of activities during shift.

9. Perform package quality checks as required.

10. Management retains the discretion to add to or to change the description at any time.

11. Troubleshoot and correct machinery or quality problems during labeler operation.

12. Read and understand standard operating procedures.

13. Able to set up and changeover labeling equipment by yourself to different bottle sizes in a timely manner.

14. Read, understand and comply MSDS sheets.

15. Ensure that all tasks are performed toward achieving the safety, quality, service and cost objectives of TCCC.

16. Use equipment operations manuals and hand tools as required.

17. Daily hourly log book record keeping.

18. Daily shift wise yield calculation & record keeping.

19. Emergency machine spare parts keeping in proper target areas.

20. Responsible for maintaining quality by operator records as per the shift.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
