**Position**:MRD Technician -Hospital

**Qualification**:Basic Graduation / Vocational Training - Diploma or Degree in Medical Records

**Experience**:Prior experience in a Medical Records department

**Skills**:knowledge about Medical records and its procedure

Checking daily midnight census prepared by the night duty staff

Entering daily census into excel sheet and keep the print out.

Receiving all discharges/ death records from all the wards

Assembling the Inpatient case records in the form of order of arrangement of the case sheets Coding of IP records as per ICD 10.

Collecting death information from the wards and preparing death reports to be sent to corporation with acknowledgment

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
