To coordinate with technicians for executing the quality job as per the approved drawings.
- Daily planning and execution of site activities to meet the project schedule for the timeline completion of projects.
- To co-ordinate and to finalize work orders for sub-contractors to execute the job within the internal cost available for the same work.
- Preparation of Installation Checklists, Pressure test reports, Hand over documents and other related documents and getting Signoff.
- Preparation of Measurements coordinates with client team, Billing and Payment collection for the works done from client. Commissioning and handing over of job satisfactorily to client.
- Preparation of vendor bill certification
- Preparation of material inward update to GRN
- Supervise ability in HVAC System
- Ability to understand design codes & its specification.
- Preparation of HVAC site Quantification & BOQ with estimation.
- Knowledge of the pipe installation, duct installation pump, cooling tower & BMS of HVAC equipment.
- Knowledge of the AHU, FCU, CSU, Ventilation fan commissioning works.
- Ability to handle labour’s & site materials.
- Knowledge of Fire Fighting installation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹16,500.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
