**Role Overview**:
We are seeking passionate and motivated Country Promoters to represent Fly-Bird across the globe. As a promoter, you will create and lead dynamic online groups on platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, and more, to recruit and train women for remote work opportunities. Your role will be pivotal in empowering women, guiding them through the training process, and helping them succeed in their new roles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build, manage, and grow online communities through social media platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook.
- Recruit and mentor women interested in remote work opportunities.
- Train your group members and ensure they are fully prepared for remote job roles.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to the women in your group to ensure their continued success.
- Create a positive, empowering environment that fosters growth and confidence.

**Attractive Remuneration Package**:

- **Base Salary**: Earn a competitive fixed monthly salary for managing and organizing your groups.
- **Performance-Based Incentive**: Receive **10%** of the earnings of the women in your group, providing you with a long-term incentive to mentor and support your group members effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for women empowerment and a drive to see others succeed.
- Experience in creating and managing online communities, preferably on WhatsApp, Telegram, or Facebook.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
- Previous experience in training, community management, or mentorship is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹500.00 per hour
