**Retail Sales Executive**:
**The** Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers, ensuring they have a seamless and positive shopping experience. This role requires a motivated, energetic individual with strong communication skills and a passion for **sales.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Performance**: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and identifying their needs.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, assisting with product selection, and answering queries.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and store policies to advise customers effectively.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Assist in maintaining an attractive store layout, ensuring products are well-organized, and promotions are displayed according to company standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Help with stock management, including receiving deliveries, arranging stock, and conducting inventory checks.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track sales performance and provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, trends, and product demand.
- **Promotions and Upselling**: Promote sales and special offers to customers and suggest add-on products or upgrades.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect and relay customer feedback to management for improvements in product offerings or store operations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure a positive, productive, and cooperative working environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
