**Requirements**:

- 3+ years’ experience specifically as a SNOW administrator required.
- Proven experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting, and testing in multiple instances, and deploying into production.
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices.
- Experience with creating, updating and implementing the following ServiceNow items: business rules, workflows, inbound actions, transform maps, workflows, service catalog/portal items.
- Experience implementing, and/or upgrading ServiceNow.
- Experience and knowledge supporting ServiceNow modules.
- Experience in process optimization and IT Tools automation.
- Very good understanding of ITIL best practices.
- University Degree in Computing, Electronics or related IT field.
- Working knowledge of Javascript, XML, HTML, CSS.
- Excellent communication skills verbal & written in English.

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with python, powershell, or web services (REST, SOAP).
- Experience integrating Service Now with other tools.
- ITIL Certification.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Application Specialist and/or Certified Application Developer.
- AWS or Azure experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills
