- Oversee stock levels and ensure products are well-displayed and readily available.
- Conduct regular stock counts and track inventory to ensure there are no shortages or overstock situations.
- Manage stock replenishment and coordinate with the warehouse for new orders.
- **Sales Support**:

- Promote sales by suggesting complementary items and offering promotions to customers.
- Meet sales targets and track individual or team performance metrics.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies effectively in-store.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Ensure that products are well-organized and displayed attractively, aligning with company guidelines.
- Keep the store neat, clean, and visually appealing to attract customers.
- **Store Operations**:

- Open and close the store, ensuring security and adherence to store policies.
- Manage cash registers, handle cash, and perform accurate billing and transactions.
