We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Video Editor** with strong skills in **Final Cut Pro** to edit long-form podcast content. The role requires someone who understands conversation-driven storytelling, multi-cam workflows, and how to keep edits tight, clean, and engaging.

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit long-form podcast episodes (typically 1.5 to 2 hours) using **Final Cut Pro**:

- Sync footage from 2-4 camera angles and external audio sources
- Cut, trim, and polish episodes for YouTube and digital distribution
- Add subtitles, text overlays, transitions, and clean up audio as needed
- Ensure timely delivery and maintain a consistent visual style

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Final Cut Pro** is essential
- Experience editing multi-cam podcast or interview content
- Strong sense of pacing, visual rhythm, and clarity
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with basic audio mixing and color correction is a plus
