**Key Responsibilities**:

- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, and color palettes.

- Conduct site visits and oversee installations to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design, preferably in a variety of project types.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and project types.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and ADA requirements.
- Certification or licensure as an interior designer (preferred but not required).
