**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with other departments to swiftly address client concerns.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and review support tickets for appropriate resolution.
- Act as a single point of contact for customer service and concerns.
- Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve recurring customer support issues.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and records of customer interactions
- Actively collect and utilize customer feedback and recommendations.
- Review customer satisfaction reports to ensure customers are satisfied with the support they receive
- Examine customer satisfaction reports to ensure that customers are satisfied with the assistance they receive.
- Providing detailed information to customers and help them choose the right product for their requirements and budget.
- Provide extensive information to consumers and assist them in selecting the right product for their needs and budget.
- Coordinating customer order delivery and payments
**Preferred Skills / Qualifications**
- A bachelor's degree in a field related to computer science
- 0-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A customer-focused individual with the ability to fulfill deadlines and prioritize work.
- Strong negotiating and sales abilities.
