**Nucleus Software: Java Solution Architect**
- Lead software projects through all stages of the life cycle
- Design, Construction, Testing Support and Warranty support
- Person should be working as a Solution Architect and work collaboratively with BDI IT team to drive different projects by adhering to BDI IT processes
- Define, drive and frame guidelines for the solution architecture design and for new business requirement and enhancements
- Provide vision, problem anticipation and problem solving ability
- Analyze business impact of proposed technical choices
- Design the components as secure, scalable and reliable solutions complying with high-volume, low-latency and high availability needs. Designs frameworks that promote concepts of isolation and extensibility
- Provide guidance to developers on the development architecture to be followed
- Demonstrate and explain architectural views and proof of concepts to senior management or business leaders
- Recommends and promotes technical solutions that are consistent with BDI standards
- Ensure designs are in compliance and aligned to the specifications
- Produce high quality technical documentation for the customer
- Coach less experienced members of the team
- Drive development tasks without supervision, including software designing, development and testing
- To monitor progress and provide updates to the Project Manager
- Interact with customer’s Architect to review and get the sign offs for Technical deliverables
- Interact with customer’s mid management level for project progress updates
- Manage small to mid-sized team
- Onsite stint based on business needs and project demands

**Requirements**:

- Responsible in providing technical solutions to the business requirements
- Experience in developing business logic and API services in Java, Springboot, Hibernate, Kubernetes, Openshift, PostgreSQL, MQ, Kafka etc.
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable solutions
- Provide guidance to developers and the development architecture to be followed
- Review and ensure compliance of the development design and architecture
- Provide solution on technical issues
- Analyze business impact that certain technical choices may have on a certain business process
- Track and report the progress of development

**Work Experience: 8 years**

**Location: Chennai or Noida**

**Package: 32 LPA**

**Salary**: ₹714,165.42 - ₹3,048,274.73 per year
