Job Title: Marketing Assistant

About Us: At Altius Dental, we are committed to providing exceptional dental care across 30 locations. We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Director in designing, managing, and executing content for social media campaigns and Digital Marketing Campaigns.

Job Description: Altius Dental is seeking a Marketing Assistant with experience in graphic design (Canva), video editing, and social media management. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to create visually engaging content, manage social media campaigns, and maintain a consistent brand presence across our platforms. Some experience with Google Ads will be beneficial but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and create social media content for Facebook and Instagram using Canva and other graphic design tools.
- Edit and produce videos for social media campaigns and promotions.
- Manage and update social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram, ensuring content is current and aligns with marketing strategies.
- Schedule and post campaigns on social media platforms, particularly on Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor social media performance and engagement, adjusting content strategies as needed.
- Keep up with trends in social media and graphic design to maintain a fresh, relevant, and engaging online presence for Altius Dental’s 30 offices.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop and implement Marketing Campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience managing social media channels (Facebook and Instagram).
- Strong graphic design skills, with experience using tools like Canva.
- Video editing skills to create engaging content for social platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized while working with multiple dental office locations.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
