- **Responsibilities**:
Ø Research and identify potential freelance projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and others.

Ø Create compelling proposals and bid on projects to secure new business opportunities.

Ø Collaborate with our team to prepare accurate project estimates and timelines.

Ø Negotiate project terms, pricing, and deliverables to maximize profitability.

Ø Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.

Ø Keep abreast of industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to strategically position our services.

Ø Provide regular updates and reports on bid progress and achievements.
- **Requirements**:
Ø Proven work experience as an Online Bidder or a similar role.

Ø Strong knowledge and experience with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant bidding platforms.

Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ø Exceptional negotiation and networking abilities.

Ø Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.

Ø Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
