**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the formulation and production of agrochemical products.
- Monitor and control production parameters to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Conduct quality control checks and testing of raw materials, intermediates, and final products.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including FCO, BIS, and environmental safety standards.
- Maintain detailed production records, batch reports, and documentation.
- Work closely with R&D, quality assurance, and engineering teams to improve production processes.
- Troubleshoot production-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train and guide production staff in safe handling and manufacturing procedures.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in a chemical or agrochemical manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of chemical processing, formulation techniques, and quality control procedures.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
