Reservation Agent

To assist our customers with their Hotel booking needs.
- To have excellent customer service skills.
- Assisting and advising customers Hotel options.
- Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
- Checking the availability of accommodation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
- Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
- Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
- Selling and promoting reservation services.
- Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
- Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.

Location**:Salem/Coimbatore**

**Reservation Agent Job Specification**:

- Any Degree with good communication skill in English
- Hotel Management graduate
- Certified travel associate (CTA) or certified travel counsellor (CTC)
- Experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.
- Customer service, BPO experience
- Flexible working hours

Customer-service experience. **Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.** Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Hindi is preferable.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
