**Experience**: 5 to 10 years in Technical Training.

**Location**: Chennai

**Terms**: 40- 45 hours per Week

**Salary**:75k - 1,25,000 per month.

**Requirement**: Should be available Weekdays and Weekends.

Deliver training to students in above mentioned location by training/ mentoring/ coaching them and to develop their skills as per requirements.

**Essential Competencies**:

- English language.
- Content building and delivery skills.
- Communication sharing.
- Passion for Training/ Mentoring/ Coaching Fresher’s.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Deliver course training to students as per the course curriculum provided.
- Should be able to achieve the training feedback as per the company standard.
- Ability to monitor, evaluate and review the quality and effectiveness of training roadmap.
- Assist the team with proper Management of task, Quality of work and timely completion of course.
- Give the assessments to students on a regular basis and review it.
- Clear the queries which students have regarding the preceding class.
- Provide individual feedback on the student regarding their performance.
- Keep a track of daily attendance and push the students to be regular and on time.
- Please interact with the students in the WhatsApp group with the training updates.
- Make sure all the training related recording and documents are properly uploaded in respective channels.
- Discuss one live project at the end of the training which should go in the student CV.
