1 Get offers/price from vendor as required

2 Purchase of all the required materials and maintaining stock order level

3 Planning for delivery of materials timely

4 Provide prices of products when ever required

5 Coordinating with Sales Coordinator & any other dept related to purchase

6 Maintaining cash and invoice sheet for customer

9 Looking after all the settlement of documents as per company needs

10 Looking after whole vendor management system

11 Procuring materials for engineers (like tools, gadgets, equipment) as per requirement

12 verifying Purchase Order in against of actual purchase

13 Cross tallying Item Names and Rupees

14 Plan to pick up material form Vendor end As per need

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
